Patronage

Donors and foundations may choose to make a general gift to the Verbier Festival Foundation, allowing the Festival to use funds where they are needed most, or a gift to support a specific artistic, education or cultural engagement project or programme. Rather than looking for a shared ‘membership’ experience, these supporters seek to align their support with their philanthropic values and goals. Donations of CHF 10,000 and more provide access to senior decision makers of the Verbier Festival team and are listed in all Festival acknowledgments. Gifts are tax deductible, subject to the donor’s fiscal resident status.

By contrast, membership in The Friends of the Verbier Festival Association is offered for donations of CHF 200 and more. These donors look to be part of a family of like-minded music-lovers who enjoy a sense of community and belonging in their association. The Association is a separate legal entity from the Verbier Festival Foundation. Members are offered a number of attractive membership benefits and their names are included in all Friends acknowledgment listings. Gifts are tax deductible, subject to the donor’s fiscal resident status.
